Visit the agenda webpage and click the + icon to add activities and sessions you would like to attend to your schedule. To view your schedule, click on the text "My Schedule" at the top of the page.
Important information about your conference agenda
The conference software allows you to develop a personalized agenda of sessions you plan to attend. By adding an event to your agenda, you are making it easy for you locate the link when it is time to navigate to the presentation. It is not, however, a guaranteed seat in the session. Seats in each session are available on a first come, first served basis. As a result, we advise you to have a back-up session selected in your agenda. If you click on your first-choice session and find it has been locked by the host, you can quickly return to your agenda and join your back-up session.
What does it mean if while attempting to join a small group session I receive a message that the room is closed?
Seats in small group sessions are limited. Ensure you have picked at least 2 small group sessions for each time slot.
What if I miss a session I had my heart set on?
If you find a session you hoped to attend is full and has been locked, you will still be able to view it after the conference. All sessions are being recorded and conference registrants will have access to watch all small group sessions through August (exception - Keynote speakers Adam Welcome and Beth Houf's recorded sessions are only available for 30 days following the conference).
How do I join conference sessions?
Once logged in, visit the agenda page and click on the session/event you have interest in. The details and link to view the sessions will be included for you there once the conference starts.
How do I receive professional development credit for the conference?
You will receive an email with directions on how to sign in at the start of each day. At the end of the day, you will receive another email directing you how to sign out, and how to complete a mandatory evaluation. Upon completion of the evaluation, you will receive your evidence of completion form.
When will the award winners of the Connect-To-Win game be announced?
Winners will be post on the website and an email announcing the winners will be sent to all attendees on Wednesday, February 24, 2021.
How will I receive my digital copy of Adam Welcome's book, "Kids Deserve It?"
You will receive an email with instructions for downloading your copy following conference.
